Womb/fertility massage blends modalities & intuitive wisdom. Combined, they aim to restore harmony & balance to the reproductive, digestive, & sacral systems

Womb Trauma
The benefits of womb massage go beyond fertility and menstrual problems. Often it’s the emotional aspect that often gets over looked.
The womb is where you store the negative imprints of past relationships, lovers, early sexual experiences, emotional memories, and inherited fears, patterns, and traumas. Even the patterns that you carry through life because of your own conception, pregnancy, and birth stories.
Any negative experiences can result in nervous system dysregulation. This creates secondary symptoms both physically and emotionally.
Sexual and fertility problems, birth trauma and complications, intimacy issues, fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic misalignment, etc. As well as IBS, migraines, insomnia, adrenal fatigue, liver issues, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, dissociative conditions, skin conditions, hormonal imbalances, and autoimmune diseases. Womb massage, also known as abdominal or fertility massage, can help restore the body’s natural balance and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Here are a few ways in which womb massage can contribute to emotional well-being:
Stress reduction: Womb massage involves gentle and nurturing touch, which can help alleviate stress and promote relaxation. The release of tension in the abdominal area can have a calming effect on the nervous system, leading to a reduction in overall stress levels.
Emotional release: The womb is often considered a centre of emotional energy for women. Accumulated stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotions can get stored in the pelvic region. Womb massage can facilitate the release of emotional blockages and support the processing of buried emotions. This can lead to a greater sense of emotional balance and well-being.
Connection to the body: Womb massage encourages individuals to connect with their bodies on a deeper level. By bringing attention and care to the womb area, it can foster a sense of self-awareness and body appreciation. This increased connection with one’s body can have a positive impact on self-esteem and body image.
Hormonal balance: Hormonal imbalances can impact emotional well-being. Womb massage aims to support hormonal balance by improving blood flow to the reproductive organs, stimulating the lymphatic system, and promoting overall pelvic health. This can contribute to emotional stability and a sense of equilibrium.
Empowerment and self-care: Engaging in womb massage can empower individuals to take an active role in their reproductive health and emotional well-being. By learning self-massage techniques or seeking professional support, individuals can cultivate a sense of self-care, agency, and personal empowerment.
It’s important to note that while womb massage can offer emotional benefits, it should not be considered a substitute for mental health treatment or therapy. If you’re experiencing significant emotional distress, it’s essential to consult with a qualified healthcare professional or mental health provider.
“All the eggs a woman will every carry form in her ovaries while she is a four-month-old fetus in the womb of her mother. This means our cellular life as an egg begins in the womb of our grandmother. Each of us spent five months in our grandmother’s womb and she in turn formed within the womb of her grandmother. We vibrate to the rhythms of our mother’s blood before she herself is born, and this pulse is the thread of blood that runs all the way back through the grandmothers to the first mother.” — Layne Redmond
Conscious Conception & Fertility
Fertility is an intricate process that goes beyond simply making a baby. Did you know that it can take up to 2-3 months for sperm to fully mature and 90-150 days for ova to reach their final stage? Taking care of these crucial resources over a period of 3-6 months can greatly enhance their quality. Preparing for pregnancy with mindfulness on all fronts is also called conscious conception, and it’s an important step towards starting a family.
There can be several contributing factors to fertility issues like stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, irregular periods, and other health conditions. Our modern lifestyle has a significant impact on our overall health, as well as fertility. Everything from the food we eat to our daily habits and even our jobs can influence our fertility levels and that of our partners. As parents, we all want to give our little ones the best possible start in life, and preparation plays a crucial role in achieving that.
If you are currently on or considering a assisted route to conceive, the results of IVF and IUI can also be improved with womb massage Womb massage helps to improve the quality of the uterus lining and relax the muscles of the reproductive organs, increasing the chances of successful conception. It can also reduce the negative side effects associated with the assisted reproductive treatments.
The Emotional Impact Of Hysterectomy & Menopause
Women, post-hysterectomy, are often prone to emotional trauma and depression following their operation. Including a sort of mourning for what had been removed, a part of womanhood that leaves a sense of void. If you suffered considerably when you had your womb, it’s common to be emotionally detached from the energetics of this space too.
Loss is a valid and important emotion. Even though the flesh and blood of your womb have been removed – the etheric organ is still there! In addition to functioning as a physical organ, the womb is also a spiritual centre of intuition, creativity, and power. Womb Massage / Fertility Massage helps with this grieving process and brings about a reconnection and remembering of your feminine wisdom and power.
During Menopause, the ovaries stop ovulating as much when we reach menopause, so oestrogen and progesterone levels fall. Women can experience heavy, painful bleeding, uneven bleeding, or lighter bleeding as oestrogen and progesterone levels in their bodies fluctuate. Womb Massage / Fertility Massage can offer much-needed relief from these symptoms.
Womb Massage Techniques
A gentle but effective massage technique is applied to the womb, abdomen, lower back, and sacrum. This helps relieve congestion, strengthen muscles and ligaments, improve circulation, and balance hormones. In addition, breaks down adhesions and scar tissue after a caesarean section and helps remove old, stagnant blood.
A misaligned uterus can contribute to painful periods, PCOS, Endometriosis, heavy or irregular menstruation, and endometriosis. During the Womb Massage, the uterus is encouraged to find its optimal position. As well as helping to relieve bladder pressure, and strengthen surrounding tissues.
With the use of touch and intuitive connection, womb massage / fertility massage enhances and improves the flow of blood, lymph, nerve, and chi energy throughout your whole body.
Additionally, the deep colon part of the massage improves circulation, boosts absorption, and supports the immune system by removing waste products. The digestive system is home to 80% of the immune system, so improving digestion enhances the health of the entire body.
