Rite Of The Womb
Rite of the womb - The 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki
Rite of the Womb is a beautiful rite handed down from Medicine Women in the jungles of Peru to Marcela Lobos. It is the 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki.
Sacred feminine energy is associated with the Rite, along with the 13 moons of the year and the cycle of women’s wombs. The purpose is to heal your womb, as well as reconnect you to Mother Earth. The womb is where many women (often unconsciously) store fear, tension, sadness, and trauma from this life and past lives. By performing this ritual, the woman and the womb are returned to their origins of love and creation, releasing all the loss and pain they’ve been carrying.
The Rite of the Womb connects us with a lineage of women who freed themselves from suffering. This lineage of Women wants us to remember;
The womb is not a place to store fear and pain, the womb is to create and give birth to life.
All women of all ages may receive this rite, including pre-menarche girls, post-menopausal women, and women who have had hysterectomies. By receiving the Rite of the Womb, you become a Womb Keeper able to facilitate the transmission and the womb rite ceremony.
I am honoured and humbled to stand with a lineage of powerful women as Sacred Womb Keepers. If you wish to receive the rite of the womb, please get in touch.
The rite can be held as a 1:1 practice or within a group setting.
A woman…must learn to lead from the womb. To move our attention from the head to the belly, from the mind to the body, a woman must learn to read the signals and learn to trust them. Otherwise she will never be sure of the difference between her intuition and those little fearful voices in her head that tell her to be cautious, careful, stop, don’t and so on.
